April 26, 2010 EDSERV SOFT - Board meeting on May 03rd, 2010

Based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee meeting held today at 10:00am the company shall publish Audited Quarterly Results for the three months period ended 31.03.2010 as well as Audited Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 31.03.2010, before may 30, 2010. Hence provisional Unaudited Quarterly Financial Statements will not be published before may 15, 2010.
