Education Support Services Company EdServ has announced that its Revenues for Q2 ended 30th September 2011 went up 32% to Rs. 36.18cr from Rs.27.36cr registered in Q2 last year.

The company posted a Net Profit of Rs. 1.19cr for Q2 ended 30th September 2011 down from Rs. 9.1cr registered in the same period last year, largely on account of one time write offs.

During the quarter, EdServ struck a partnership with CAClubIndia.com, the countrys biggest Online Platform for Finance Professionals with more than 6lakh members to expand its reach in the CA Online Test Prep segment.

The company also tied up with Blackberry Smart Phones and Nokia to provide its wide range of Educational content on the mobile smart phones.
