Client can register through a simple process and get a mail-id in LAMPS to start availing the services of EdServ. A client can feed requirements which are urgent as well as normal by keying the job definition, specification, number of requirements, location and pay, skillsets required, background of the resource, other pre-conditions including the Pre-Job Assessments, Interview formalities in a simple form through various fields inside LAMPS. Clients can also call / mail our sales team and get the much needed assistance to feed requirements.
Clients are marginally charged that too only on firm offer letter given to candidate and the candidate joining the client location as per the offer letter. Client does not pay any for registrations, recruitment process, pre-job training and assessment, walk-in and interview process as arranged by EdServ.
