EdServ Softsystems Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 22, 2009, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the Quarter ending September 30, 2009.

The Board will review the utilisation of Public Issue Funds as at September 30, 2009.

The Board will consider and take on record Secretarial Audit Report as at September 30, 2009.
