Outcome of the Board Meeting held on 21st January 2010
We hereby submit that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today (21st January 2010), considered and approved, inter-alia, the following: -
- The Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the quarter ended 31.12.2009.
- The Statement of Utilisation of Public Issue Funds.
- The Secretarial Audit Report as at 31.12.2009.
