We hereby submit the Board of Directors at their meeting held today (6th August 2010), transacted the following businesses: -
- Approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the Quarter ended 30.06.2010.
- Approved the Statement of Utilisation of Public Issue Funds.
- Approved the Secretarial Audit Report as at 30.06.2010.
